Role: Purchase Assistant

Blueladder EPC Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, and construction services to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchase Assistant.
What you will do:
- Support the procurement team in their daily activities
- Issue purchase orders and track order status
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices
- Assist with the preparation of procurement reports
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

What are we looking for:
- Has strong communication and organizational skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Has a strong attention to detail and is able to multitask effectively
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
