Blueladder EPC Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction solutions for various industries. We are looking for a Sales Officer who can help us expand our business by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
What you will do:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create a strategy to approach them.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.
